How access works

No shared master password for everyone.

Each workspace uses an access method suited to its role. This keeps teacher, partner, and owner responsibilities separate and makes it easier to remove or change access safely.

Teachers receive a secure one-time sign-in link at their approved adult email address.
Organization partners receive Partner Studio access after their organization and mission program are approved.
Owner Operations remains restricted to CaptureQuest administration and requires the owner credential.
