Delete your CaptureQuest account.

Account controls

You can request deletion of your authenticated account and associated private cloud photo backup. Guest information that exists only on a device must be removed from that device.

Use the in-app deletion control

Open Explorer Profile, choose Privacy & Data, and select the account deletion option. Sign in again if asked, review the warning, and follow the final confirmation steps. This is the fastest way to verify that the request belongs to the account holder.

If you cannot open the app

Send the request from the adult email connected to the account. CaptureQuest may need to verify ownership before processing it. Do not include a password, class code, precise location, or private photograph.

Email a deletion request

What the deletion service removes

The authenticated account and private cloud photo-backup objects associated with it are removed by the account-deletion service. Limited operational, security, transaction, or legal records may be retained only when required. If an emailed request needs additional verification, CaptureQuest will reply to the account email.

Guest data on a device

Guest discoveries generally remain only on that device. Remove them through the app’s Privacy & Data controls before uninstalling, or remove the app and its local data through device settings. Deleting local guest data cannot be undone.

Uninstalling is not a cloud-deletion request

Deleting or offloading the app does not by itself delete a signed-in cloud account. Use the in-app account-deletion control or the email request above when you also want the authenticated account removed.
